Getting the basics right is important. This seminar is the second of three breakfast seminars aimed at equipping you with the basics for your business or to support your in-house Human Resources team.
Every employer has obligations under the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth), and navigating employer and employee rights and obligations can be a difficult process. Our breakfast seminar is aimed at covering some of the basics of complying with the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth), including:
1. Personnel file management and Fair Work Information Statements; and
2. Topical issues and current lessons including:
- Rights and obligations surrounding support persons;
- Types of engagements and sham contacting; and
- Engaging interns.
Along with other topical issues, to help you manage your business or support your in-house human resources team. This seminar is a must for in-house human resources professionals and office managers.
